When an order has been placed, please allow 1-4 working days for it to be processed and prepared for shipment. We aim to get your parcels ready for shipment by next business day, although cannot guarantee this especially in busier periods.



Delivery speed is depending on origin and destination. Australia Post aim for 2-6 business days with Parcel Post and prioritise Express Post for faster shipping, although cannot guarantee next-business-day delivery at this moment.

The customer is fully responsible for the information entered in the billing and shipping address fields. If an item is undeliverable and returned to us, the buyer will be required to pay again for shipping (if the shipping was free the buyer will have to pay our standard fee the second time). If an incorrect address is entered, and the item is delivered to that address there will be no replacement or refund of the order. If an item is damaged during transit or lost, the seller will not be held responsible. Once shipped, Australia Post or any other delivery partner used is solely responsible for the delivery of your items once it has been processed by them. Please contact the delivery company if you are experiencing issues regarding your delivery. Australia Post is responsible for any damages caused while in transit.


Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Customers must notify us if they wish to refund a product within 7 days of receiving your order. We require proof of damage or faulty product. We DO NOT refund due to change of mind.
